The boy I knew

The boy I knew
Was the boy I’m in love with
The boy I knew
Was the boy I adored much
The boy I knew
Never let his friend in pain
Always been a gentleman
The boy I knew
Was the boy who thought he knew too much
Was the boy who never gave up on things he did
Was the boy who would always be smiling on his blue day
And the boy I knew
Is the boy who is in love with my friend.

Ada Sesuatu

Ada sesuatu.
Ada.
Pasti ada sesuatu.
Tapi apa?
Entah.

Ia hilang,
Ia terbang.
Bersama dengan apa yang ia ingin capai.

Ada sesuatu.
Ada.
Pasti ada sesuatu.

Mungkinkah ia akan kembali?
Aku tak tahu.

Mungkinkah ia akan di sini lagi?
Aku hanya bisa berharap.

Namun yang pasti,
Ada sesuatu untukku mengharapnya kembali.

Missing

I really miss the night when we could share things
You, with your own days
Me, with my own works

Things are changing,
People are growing up
Will there be still me in your mind,
If I cross the line between me and you,
Then somehow managing my own future?

Show me the life I should living on
Just to justify the real world that supposed to be clarified
Even if you are not able to,
I’ll still go away and push my wings up

Don’t miss me,
You’re not accustom with it
Just remember me
As the way I should be

What is Us?

You walked
I walk
You went
I go
You left
I leave

Questions to be drawn,
Where'd you go?
Where'll I go?

Nothing could be answered
and nothing can be said

Is this only a drama queen?
or I just making it exaggeratedly?

When what I knew yesterday was only the past
And what I've learnt today was going to be the past

You tend to be care
You tend to be here
Somehow, your smiles are just superficial and artificial

With no harm,

I'd ask you once,

What is us?

Kangen Ngeblog

Whoa..
Udah sekian lama saya tidak mengeblog. Akhirnya kangen juga..

Hmm..

Ya sudah, karena gak tau mau ngapa lagi, mending langsung saya post saja deh.
*mulai gak mutu*

Semoga setelah ini saya punya ide cemerlang mau menulis apa.
Doakan saya ya.. ;)

Vampirish vs Witchy

"Twilight meets the Princess Diaries..."

Well, that's what written on the first sentence of the first Vampire Princess of St. Paul series synopsis. I actually had just found the novel a few days ago. To tell you the truth, I really love to read fantasy novels, especially young adult ones.

Hmm.. after reading that tag that telling this novel entitled 'Almost to Die for' is kind of a mixture between 'Twilight' and 'Princess Diaries', I of course was interested to read the book, let alone this is all about vampires.

Then, I read through the pages days and nights (since there are two books already). It tells about a sixteen-year-old girl named Ana Parker who was known as a witch but she found out that she couldn't do magic. Instead, she was actually a dhampyr (half blood vampire).

Uhm, maybe you've known that vampires and witches do not go along so well. Yeah, they also do in this book. Even, Tate Hallaway told that vampires only feed on witches' blood. And then here she came, Ana's Mom that actually was the Queen of Witch married her dad, who was the Vampire Prince. Dang!!
Amelia Parker did that in order to make the world in peace, but the thing was, it was failed.

Things became complicated for Ana. She didn't want to choose between those two worlds, so she decided not to be neither a witch nor a vampire, but both. Yes, she was the Vampire Princess of St. Paul as well as the Witch Queen's daughter.

And there were more complicated love story of Ana's. She had a boyfriend that was a vampire hunter apprentice, but on the other hand, she was betrothed (engaged) to a vampire knight. What the??

Okay, done with the story-line.

Well, it's time to talk about the way Hallaway wrote to these novels.
First, I like the main character, that is Anastasija Ramses Parker. She's an innocent. Though it's really cliche that Hallaway characterized her as a loner at her school that suddenly she was prominent because her lover was a vocalist of a well-known local band, still, I like the way Ana is described. Not only Ana, I also like Elias, the other main character. He was the vampire knight who was betrothed to Ana. Hmm, despite his too ancient action, I really love his gentleness. Well, gentleness is always able to melt girls' ice. Hahaha

Nevertheless, compared with two fantasy series I like most, Vampire Academy and Mortal Instruments, these novels, Almost to Die For and Almost Final Curtain, are not so good, I think. It is because the pace of Vampire Princess is too slow. And the confict isn't too complicated to be solved, plus the solving is too ordinary and too smooth. And I think, the sequel is better if it's still on the first book. So, make those two novels become one, then it'll make more enthusiasm for readers to read.

But still, this series is quite a good reference for you who loves fantasy and young adult novels..

Expect the Shocking Question

Life is full of some unexpectable things that happen. Somehow, we've got to be prepared with those kind of things, but anyway, some people like me, who lives as the way I want, just go with the flow, perhaps, never think of anything like that. So, when I suddenly coping a very beyond expectation thingy thing, what I can do is only nothing.

A few days ago, I was really shocked by a question asked to me. Well, not the question actually, but the person who asked the question made the question seemed to be very shocking. Duh, I dunno how to say this, but one that is important is, I was so speechless 'til nothing came to may mouth.

What if your crush asking who's the one you're crushed on?
Uhm,
Well,

Yeah, I was tongue-tied and somehow felt dizzy. That was the very first time I've ever been in that situation. Though the real situation wasn't so tense, because it was actually in the middle of playing truth or dare game, I really couldn't handle this one.
Well, then, I guess, I really should expect the shocking question..

*duh*
